Description: Cricket In Season Speed is designed to maintain the speed gains from the off season program. The workouts are quick touches of familiar drills to remind the athlete's body how to go fast. The warm up can be skipped if the speed comes with a training session where the work is already in progress. In terms of time, these workouts fit best at the beginning of training and serve as an extended warmup.
